Over the years Texas Heat Treating has added a number of processes that have benefited our customers by simplifying the overall manufacturing process. We recognize the importance of reducing waste and minimizing costs when doing business in competitive markets.
With support from a customer, we recently added an inside diameter grinding operation, together with the requisite gages. This eliminated an cumbersome inspection step in their facility.
Straightening services have been enhanced over the last several years. We now operate four presses which are staffed 24 hours a day. Automated straightening / automated run-out inspection is also available for close-tolerance, high volume products.
